VBC Dry/Winter Pruner

The dry pruner, developed by the VBC Company, is designed for winter pruning of the vineyard. Available in two versions, the first model is supplied with 460 mm dia. cutting blades, while the second comes with 410 mm dia. blades.

The particular configuration of the cutting blades ensures a perfect fragmentation and/or removal of the vine shoots without damaging the vine supporting cable. In any case, the lowest cutting blade has been designed with a slightly different profile in order to ensure a net cut on the vine’s shoot.

Operators in the industry consider the dry pruner to be a reliable machine with a strong body, capable of quickly performing the task it has been designed for.
